Leechcraft will be in demand because the ConWorkShop theme for today is Parasites and symbiosis. Now Rireinutire already has a word for 'leech' (yira), and I think that is enough because leeches really suck. ruyesiya kaki soyovuisano seru yakave sakira ii vuiya tosino ruye yakave:parasitism.NOM which.REL.NOM symbiosis-GEN type.NOM be-PRS-HSY that-INE one organism.NOM another-GEN parasite.NOM be-PRS-HSY… Continue reading Lexember 4 (2025)

Take a weight off your pins, pull up a chair, and make yourself at home, because today's theme from ConWorkShop is Homemaking verbs. One home made famous in story and legend is Elrond's Last Homely House East of the Sea. The Last Homely House was perfect whether you liked food (nomata), or sleep (yinata), or… Continue reading Lexember 3 (2025)

Today's theme from ConWorkShop is Jewellery and other accessories. How do you accessorise when all you are wearing is accessories? Just wear more of them. Encrust your belt with gold and gemstones, cover your arms with bracelets and legs with anklets, wear all your necklaces together. Get piercings all over your body. Thread beads into… Continue reading Lexember 2 (2025)

This is it. Time to stop loafing around! Wash your hands, get out your pots and pans, knead that dough! This time it's bake or break, because today's theme from ConWorkShop is Baking ingredients. Even half-baked ideas can be used, just stick them back in the oven. And speaking of half-baked ideas, how about this… Continue reading Lexember 1 (2025)
The Shape of Lexember to Come
In the twenty-first century the story of mankind upon this planet undergoes a change of phase. It broadens out. A vision of previously unsuspected possibilities opens to the human imagination. And that vision brings with it an immense readjustment of ideas. The idea that you could, each and every day for one month in the… Continue reading The Shape of Lexember to Come

Much of this website is dedicated to the planet Rireinu, its nature, peoples, and cultures. Obviously this is likely to include visual content. As the native sapients of Rireinu are almost, but not quite, entirely indistinguishable from Humans, we are constrained to consider any depictions of such in light of relevant taboos pertaining to the… Continue reading Beyond this point you may encounter mature themes
Kinship in Rireinutire
The basic kinship terms of Rireinutire presented in convenient chart form. To a viewer used to Human cultures this chart may seem slightly odd due to Rireinukave biology. For the convenience of those of us whose Rireinutire may be a little rusty this version of the chart features transliterations of the text in Human script… Continue reading Kinship in Rireinutire
Lexember 2024: Summary
Lexember is over for another year and it's time to look back on the trials and tribulations of the month. As always, thanks are due ConWorkShop for their daily themes, which are a boon for any glossopoietically inclined gentlebeing. In total I created 152 words for Rireinutire in connection with the CWS Lexember themes, at least… Continue reading Lexember 2024: Summary
Lexember 31 (2024)
Where are the snows of yesteryear? In many ski resorts in Finland, they are carefully covered and saved for the next winter, in order to get a head start on the next ski season. As a poignant choice for the last day of Lexember, ConWorkShop set today's theme as Nostalgia. The words I have chosen… Continue reading Lexember 31 (2024)
Lexember 30 (2024)
Once again, I am cast adrift upon an indifferent cosmos by ConWorkShop, as today's theme is No theme. What to do? Obviously, I could seek solace in meaningless platitudes. Or I could rage, rage against the dying of the light. Hmm... Nah, that sounds too much like effort. And I might even break a sweat.… Continue reading Lexember 30 (2024)
